Abbey carpet in Santa Maria went above and beyond to make our experience 5 star. They were able to get the carpet and schedule installation faster than expected. We absolutely love the carpet and couldn’t be more pleased with how it looks. Installers, Felix and Armando are phenomenal! I was shocked there were only 2 guys that handled everything and they are superstars. Not only did they do a great job, they are extremely kind and fast.

We had flooring installed throughout most of the house 6 months ago and we continue to be 100% pleased. The purchase was pain free: said what I wanted and they directed me perfectly! Joanna was a RELIEF to work with after having visited two other flooring stores. The two installers were amazing. Highly recommend!!

We finally finished a flooring project that started before Covid hit. Could not have got it done without extra efforts of Joanna and her crew. We needed another box of the tile we were using. Joanna searched the country to find a couple boxes. Ended up manufacturer had changed the shade of the tile. This didn't stop Joanna and crew. They came up with the solution of using some already laid tile from bedroom closet to finish hallway in the right shade. We put the darker shade in closet. Floors look great. All this done as the new owner, did not have anything to do with original agreement. Awesome! Customer for life.

Abbey Carpet & Floor did 3 rooms and all the hall closets when we bought a house recently. They did a great job, good price, and were so friendly and fast. The new owner really knows her stuff! We'd visited there previously to buy scrap carpet for dog stairs we built on Father's Day last year, and they loved the idea so much they just gave us the carpeting. So when we moved we knew we wanted to use them and are so glad we did! It's been 5 months now and the floor still looks amazing

I had Abbey Carpets send Luie by himself to install our carpets in our house. How one person could move all the furniture and install our carpets, I thought would be impossible. He did it all and did he do a great job! In addition, Abbey had the best price of the other two competitors in San Luis Obispo.

Abbey Carpet and Floor has done nearly all of the flooring in my house over the past 4 years. They have always been professional, thorough, well-priced and promptly deliver on their promises. When the movers ruined a section of the new laminate, the owner replaced it immediately and came out personally to inspect it. I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else for my flooring needs.
